Rich, our sales contact, was great to work with and took good care of us. There was a communication issue regarding when we would take delivery of our vehicle, which is the reason for only the "good" rating for overall experience. We purchased the vehicle on a Saturday but they had to do a dealer trade to get us the color we wanted, so they told us it would be available for us on Tuesday. I didn't hear anything further so I called them at 5 PM on Tuesday to confirm and was told it wasn't getting to the dealership until late that night. Our sales contact was off on Wednesday so we had to wait until Thursday to take delivery of our car. It wasn't the delay that was upsetting, it was the fact that no one called us to tell us we couldn't pick it up Tuesday evening. We were also told it was exactly the same as the vehicle we test drove, but in reality it did not have one of the options. Toyota Direct did install that option for us though at no additional charge, which was very nice and satisfying.

My husband researched and worked all the details out on-line through e-mail with Rich at Toyota Direct. I went and test drove the vehicle. Once we decided to get the 4-Runner, the paperwork was ready for me when I went to sign. This was by far the easiest and least stressed way I've ever purchased a vehicle. I even went back a few days later after I purchased the 4-Runner and Rich spend an hour with me going over everything I had questions about. He was great at working around my schedule!

My service experience was great. Being an elderly woman with not much car knowledge, I greatly appreciate the professionalism and honesty of the staff. After you looked over my car, you went over what services were needed and did not try to sell me services just to sell them. Steve walked me to the cashier and then made sure that my car was in the service area so I did not need to go outside. Little gestures like that are priceless. I am a loyal customer and look forward to my return visits when service is needed
